What you need
1 16 oz. bag of kale (kale will shrink)
3 tablespoons olive oil
salt and pepper to taste
How to:
1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
2. Wash kale gently and thoroughly. Pat dry all leaves on both sides.
3. In a large bowl, add oil, salt, and pepper to kale and mix evenly. You can use your fingers to make sure every leaf is evenly coated.
3. On 2 large cookie sheets, lay out the kale so it’s not overlapping and covers the pan. After about 5 minutes in the oven, rotate and switch cookie sheets in the oven for even exposure. Check the kale after the 8 minute mark.
Eat up! Make sure you store in an airtight container whatever you don’t end up eating. I don’t see how you could have leftovers.
Respect your body. Eat well. Dance forever.
